We want you to feel as sweet as honey in your new threads; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original hive tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our hive team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
